Exclusive Terms

Donica Health Ltd. is a limited company registered in England and Wales. These terms and conditions are the exclusive terms and conditions by which Donica Health products are sold to the customer. Donica Health expressly rejects all other conditions of sale, imposed by the customer, in whatever form, before or after sale, unless expressly approved in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Donica Health.

No Health Claims or Other Representations

Statements made describing products offered for sale by Donica Health have not been evaluated by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). Donica Health products make no claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Notwithstanding the fact that Donica Health may include product cautions and contraindications on this website, this information is not intended to be complete or comprehensive and it may not cover every health-related matter and every possible health-related issue. The information on this website is not intended to substitute for the advice of a health care professional.

Under no circumstances may a seller of our products represent to the public that Donica Health products are claimed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Donica Health for any and all unauthorised uses you may make of any material on the site. In the event of an unauthorised use, Donica Health shall be entitled to make use of any remedies available at law or in equity.

Orders and Despatch

Following receipt of your order, items purchased through www.donicahealth.co.uk will usually be despatched the next working day. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to despatch within 3 business days, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a full refund or partial shipment of your order.

Orders Outside the UK

Customers located outside the UK and ordering goods are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country, for observing all import restrictions and for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges.

Pricing and Availability

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing and availability information on this website, there may be occasions when these are not fully up to date and we reserve the right to change them without notice.


All prices quoted on this website are subject to UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the relevant rate currently in force. Books and teas are zero-rated items. Herbal products are currently subject to the main VAT rate of 20%. VAT rates may change from time to time, as decided by the UK Government, in which case VAT charges on purchases will be amended accordingly.


Should you change your mind about any item you purchase from this site, please return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost less a 10% administration charge (minimum charge: £10). We regret that opened merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Goods and Shortages

You agree to inspect all products and packaging immediately upon receipt. Please report any shortages or damage to goods supplied within 7 working days. Damaged items will be replaced and any shortages rectified if reported to our office within this period. Customers must obtain authorisation from our office prior to returning the damaged merchandise items. Postage fees for returned goods will be credited to your account or refunded provided the stated conditions are met. Standard administration charges for returns will not apply in these circumstances.

Site Access and User Conduct

After applying for an online account you will receive an email message notifying you that your account has been activated, along with a password to access our store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential and secure. You agree (a) to immediately notify Donica Health if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else and of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Donica Health cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.

Donica Health only sells products to certain health care practitioners, health-related businesses, and students of traditional Chinese medicine. Upon registering you are required to inform us about your type of business and give related business information. You agree that all information you submit to Donica Health to set up an account is true, accurate and complete and to inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You agree not to purchase any goods or services that you are prohibited from purchasing or possessing by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction. The responsibility for ensuring compliance with all such laws shall be the user's alone.

Donica Health reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you. You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be impaired in any way. Neither may you cause it to be changed or modified in any way.

Limitation of Liability

Donica Health will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions at any time.
