Q: How do your granules differ from those of other suppliers?
A: All our granules are produced using the full composition procedure to retain as much as possible of the original constituents of each herb. This means that the amount used varies from herb to herb depending on its original qualities. The final granule product is therefore similar to that of a herbal decoction. This is a different procedure to the standard 5:1 granules where it is the strength of the final product that varies.
Q: What happens if I can’t find a herb I want on your granule list?
A: Our stocks are always changing. Please contact us and we will try to source it for you.
Q: Can I return goods purchased?
A: Please see the Terms and Conditions for our Returns policy.
